Important Details
Food
The Mardi Himal Trek offers a variety of freshly prepared, nutritious meals served at traditional teahouses along the trail. While the menu becomes simpler at higher elevations, trekkers can still enjoy wholesome food that provides the energy needed for daily hiking. Breakfast typically includes Tibetan bread, chapati, porridge, pancakes, muesli, eggs, toast, and hot drinks such as tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. For lunch and dinner, the most popular choice is the traditional Nepali Dal Bhat, a balanced meal of steamed rice, lentil soup, seasonal vegetables, pickles, and curry. Dal Bhat is often served with unlimited refills, making it an excellent option for trekkers.
Water
In the mountain generally above 2500m water is very clean and you can drink from the tabs but for extra seftey you can use water purifier so that you are 100% safe. you can get tab water in each and every tea house
Accomodation
In the mountains generally rooms are in the sahring basis and not like city but you still get a bed and clean blanket to spend comfortable night. There is no room hiting system in the Mardi Himal Trek and no attached room.

Most travelers can obtain a Tourist Visa on Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and major land border crossings.
