Overview:

Kathmandu Valley Rim (KVR) 100 Miler Stage Challenge is a race that is designed for runners who are looking to complete the Manjushree Kathmandu valley rim in segments over a number of months. For this, we have broken down the beautiful Kathmandu Valley Rim 100 miler in five stages:

- Stage 1 - Ichangu Narayan to Gurje Bhyanjang (7th October 2023)
- Stage 2 -Gurje Bhyanjang to Jhule (9th December 2023)
- Stage 3 - Jhule to Ranikot (3rd Feburary 2024)
- Stage 4 - Ranikot to Dollu (2nd March 2024)
- Stage 5 - Dollu to Ichangu Narayan (6th April 2024)

There will both be prizes and medals for the stage winners on the day and there will be a leaderboard with overall winners of the stage race challenge at the end of the series.

Stage one and two include the park fees, which is why the fees for these stages are NPR 3,650 for International & NPR 1,600 for National runners. Stages 3, 4 & 5 are NPR 2,500 for International & NPR 1,500 for National runners. The overall Stage Race Package is NPR 12,000 for International & NPR 6,000 for National runners.

You can sponsor local runners as well which will allow us to provide free entry to local talent to participate.

You can sign up for One or Several Individual Stage Race or for the Overall Stage Race Challenge which means we will have a bib ready for you at the start of all the Stage Races.

You can also support us in bringing local talent to compete in the race by sponsoring a runner.

And if you can manage to do all the 5ive stage races, you will also get the glorious Manjushree Trail Race 100 Miler Finisher Medal.

This race will be more fun than just a competition so be prepared to challenge your limits. This will also give you a great opportunity to see how beautiful the Kathmandu Valley really is.
