Overview:

The Langtang valley lies in the Rasuwa district of the Bagmati Province in Nepal. Situated 80 Kilometers north of the Kathmandu Valley and it lies within the Langtang National Park which borders the Tibet autonomous region of China. The park contains a wide variety of climatic zones, from subtropical to alpine.

  • Day 2 - Syabru Besi to Lama Hotel / 10k / +1400 / 2500m

  • Day 3 - Lama Hotel to Langtang Valley / 10k / +900m / 3500m

  • Day 4 - Langtang Valley to Kyanjin Gumba / 8k / +500m / 3877m

  • Day 5 - Kyanjin Gumba to Kyanjin ri viewpoint / Acclimatise / 4k / +700m / 4600m
