Overview:

Manaslu is the eighth-highest mountain in the world at 8,163 metres above sea level. It is in the Mansiri Himal, part of the Nepalese Himalayas, in the west-central part of Nepal. The name Manaslu means "mountain of the spirit" and is derived from the Sanskrit word manasa, meaning "intellect" or "soul". \n\nThis ancient trail promises breathtaking views of Mt.Manaslu and other Himalayan peaks in the background. You get to witness ancient cultures and the almost medieval lifestyle of the people as you run the trails up north towards the peaks. Shielded from modernization and commercialization, the local people’s lifestyle has changed little over the centuries, thus retaining their purity. So your run to Manaslu will be akin to time-travel. going back in time.
