25km overview:

The race starts from the New Laltin Restaurant in Machhegau. The first 5 km is mostly flat, following the baseline of the Chandragiri Hills, with several twists and turns. Runners must pay close attention to course markings or use the GPX file for navigation.
The first checkpoint (CP-1) is located just below the Chandragiri Cable Car base, where the main climb begins. This climb is approximately 3.5 km, featuring technical sections, mostly on single-track trails, until reaching the jeep road. From there, runners continue to the top and then follow the jeep road downhill toward Chandragiri Resort.
The route continues to Deurali, where Checkpoint 2 (CP-2) is located. From CP-2, the trail heads toward Chapbhyanjang. After Chapbhyanjang, runners begin a steep descent of approximately 4 km, almost entirely downhill.
Upon reaching the baseline, the course passes a local school, where the 25 km route merges with the 10 km course. From here, runners follow the shared trail toward the Machhegaun Buddha Temple. After passing the temple, the course continues for another 1–2 km alongside the 10 km route until reaching Checkpoint 3 (CP-3).
From CP-3, the course is briefly diverted onto a short connecting section before rejoining the 10 km route. The final section begins from Machchhe Narayan Temple, where runners enter an atmospheric stretch through an ancient temple complex and a traditional Newari village. The last 1 km is a scenic and cultural run leading directly to the finish line.
