The Helambu Trail Camp is designed for both professional and intermediate athletes—and can also be adapted for trekkers and beginners. Over 10 days, you’ll train, explore, and connect with fellow runners in some of Nepal’s most stunning landscapes, from lush forests to high-altitude ridgelines.

This isn’t just about running. It’s about pushing your limits, experiencing the rhythm of village life, and maybe even catching a glimpse of the elusive red panda in the wild. The place is very close to the langtang Himal range and the view is amazing there. You will see Langtang and Gaurishankar mountain range.

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, camp briefing.

  • Day 2: Drive to Gurje Bhanjyang; run to Chisapani via Shivapuri Peak (20–23 km).

  • Day 3: Long run to Kutumsang (25 km).

  • Day 4: Weighted uphill run to Magingoth (5 km, 750m gain).

  • Day 5: Loop training at Magingoth (mandatory 2 loops, optional more).

  • Day 6: High-altitude run to Thadepati (3,600m) and Ne Kharka (4,044m), return to Magingoth.

  • Day 7: Strength training + Red Panda jungle walk, sunset at Pake View Point.

  • Day 8: Downhill run to Samundratar (15 km), drive back to Kathmandu.

  • Day 9: Rest day in Kathmandu (optional spa, shopping, sightseeing).

  • Day 10: Departure
